The Holy Spirit counsels us.

Mark 13:9-11
But watch yourselves, for they will deliver you up to councils. You will be beaten in synagogues. Before governors and kings will you stand for my sake, for a testimony to them. The gospel must first be preached to all the nations. When they lead you away and deliver you up, don’t be anxious beforehand, or premeditate what you will say, but say whatever will be given you in that hour. For it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.

Luke 1:6
His father, Zacharias, was filled with the Holy Spirit, and prophesied, saying,

Luke 2:25-26
Behold, there was a man in Jerusalem whose name was Simeon; and this man was righteous and devout, looking for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was on him. It had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord’s Christ.

Luke 12:11-12
When they bring you before the synagogues, the rulers, and the authorities, don’t be anxious how or what you will answer, or what you will say; for the Holy Spirit will teach you in that same hour what you must say."

John 14:6
Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, but by me.

John 15:26
When the Counselor has come, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will testify about me.
